Who’s it for?

This Carpet cleaning training course is designed for newcomers to the industry, but can also work well as a refresher course for more experienced professional carpet cleaners.

This course assumes you have no previous knowledge of carpet cleaning and will teach you everything you need to know to start cleaning carpets professionally.

This online course is more in-depth than our one day classroom-based course, because we are not restricted to packing all the info into a tight one day time frame. Please see course contents above.

Packed with practical and detailed step-by-step demo’s

As well as all the theory that you need to know, this course is packed full of practical ‘how to’ video demonstrations – we can show many more practical demonstrations on this course than are possible on our 1 day classroom-based course.

We’re also able to show a lot more detail on some of the videos than is possible in a training room environment too – close-ups, better demonstrations, different locations etc.

Pause, rewind and re-watch at any time

Plus, instead of just seeing the training one time in our training room, you now have recordings of all the presentations you can pause, rewind, re-watch and refer back to whenever you want.

Easy-to-follow with help on hand from our trainers if needed

A lot of work has been put into making this course as easy-to-follow as possible. You will find everything explained very clearly in plain English. And if there’s anything you are not sure about, our trainers are on hand to answer any questions as you progress through the course.

How long does it take?

On our one day classroom course, some students do comment that “it’s a lot to take in, in one day”. One of the advantages to the online carpet cleaning training course is that you can take the course at your own pace. You can do a few lessons at a time spread out over a few weeks, or you can try and do the whole course in one day, it’s completely up to you!

You’ll also take lots of revision quizzes to help you track your progress and make sure everything’s ‘going in’ as it should be.

Designed to give you the confidence to succeed

When we asked for feedback from the first customers who sat this course, the word ‘confident’ cropped up a few times (comments below). And that’s what we’re aiming for on this course – we want you to finish this course feeling confident that with a bit of practise, you can clean all the different carpets safely and to a professional standard.

When I started out, I remember feeling quite confused and not at all confident after attending my first carpet cleaning training course! I felt I’d learned a lot of theory about carpet cleaning, but not how to do the job itself. This course covers all the theory you need, but it also covers the practical side – ‘how to use a wand’, ‘how to set-up and operate your machine’, ‘what water pressure settings should I use’, ‘what goes where and in what order’ etc. We also walk you through a complete job from start to finish.

On-going support

Ongoing support after the course is also included. Anything you’re not 100% confident with, just let us know. If you come across a situation you’re not sure how to deal with, no problem, just take a photo if you can, let us know and will be able to help.
